ABSOLUTE ZAMBIA SAFARIS TERMS & CONDITIONS

More important information about our Terms & Conditions are below; All Packages are subject to availability at the time of making a booking therefore Package offered is not guaranteed until confirmed.

We recommend that all our clients arrange travel insurance in their home country, should you need recommendations or further information please contact us. Ensure you have personally checked your passport validity and visa requirements – you are welcome to ask for more information from us.

In order to comply with the Airline policies, we now need a copy of your passport for correct details. Please provide us with this information as soon as possible so we can secure correct details for your flights. We will not be accountable for any wrong names given as airlines reserve the right to deny boarding if the names are not as per the passenger’s passport entry.

UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATES for Children traveling via and to South Africa: The New Immigration Regulation of South Africa, children under 18 years require UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATES, along with their passports, when traveling to, from or through South Africa. Should you be traveling with or making a reservation for children, please ensure that you apply for these certificates timorously.

Yellow Fever Certificates are no longer required if traveling through South Africa and Zambia unless you are traveling from infected area, however please ensure you have Yellow Fever certificates for Zanzibar, Tanzania, China and any other countries that have this requirement. It is required to get health advice from your doctor or local clinic from your country.

BOOKING/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit Policy

To confirm a booking will require 35% deposit of the total invoice and all any other charges are on the client’s account (E.g Bank Charges).

Unless otherwise arranged, payment in full is due 45 days prior to travel dates.

Full payment is required to issue flight ticket as no deposit conditions apply on airlines.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmation – 91 days before travel: 25% (non-refundable deposit)

90 – 46 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee

45 – 0 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee

Standard Cancellation fees shall apply in instances of postponed departure dates.

Date changes will be treated on an individual basis and will attract an administration fee and in some instance’s cancellation fees depending on the subcontractor's penalty fees depending on the situation.

Please note that Cancellation penalties vary on lodge/safari operator or indeed other suppliers of the service. As we contract the services and accommodation of third parties, all cancellation penalties may/will differ.

Please ensure that the content of this invoice and confirmation is accurate and understood.

Absolute Zambia Safaris takes every precaution to assess all the Third-Party suppliers that we sell and make sure they are carrying correct licenses and insurances wherever possible.

We only sell suppliers that we are happy with and meet required standards, however please take note:

Absolute Zambia Safaris and its employees, acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel

accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Absolute Zambia Safaris and its employees shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury or death, delay, defect, omission or irregularity, which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in, or responsible for, carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.

On receipt of payment (be it deposit or full payment whichever is applicable) the client acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the above Terms and Conditions and disclaimer.
